Maybe it means that between 12nd and 15th March (semi-moon) we will get another part (tiny step) of the whole work (?)
I noticed another possible cue: If you open The King Of Limbs with a media player (Windows, Foobar, VLC, etc.) you'll have the number "1." before every track (then you have 1.01, 1.02, 1.03, etc.). If you open the "original" In Rainbows (the one downloaded from the official site) you'll have the following numeration: 0.01, 0.02, 0.03 etc.
So...why the necessity to put the number "1" before every track of TKOL??
